This DVD contains the form Jai-Yao which translates to "Essential" or "Epitome" from the 8-Step Praying Mantis system. Applications are shown for each movement, as well as Praying Mantis grabbing and trapping drills. Also included in this DVD is footage of Grandmaster Wei-Shao Tung and Master Tung-Tsai Liang performing Jai-Yao.
