This DVD contains the Beng-Bo form which translates to “Crushing Step” from the 7-Star Praying Mantis system or Springing Step from the Northern Kung-Fu system, and the 2-Person Beng-Bo Form is also included. Applications are shown for each movement of the form. Knock Down techniques, are also shown. A performance of two-person Beng-Bo by Sifu Hayward and one of his students is also included.
