This three disc set shows the Yang Style Long Form that is taught at the Twin Cities T’ai-Chi Ch’uan Studio. The form is shown in its entirety, from multiple angles. The Long Form is also broken down into sections and parts, with key single postures demonstrated for detail and accuracy. Applications are shown for individual postures, as well as many combinations of postures. This DVD also contains historical footage of Master Liang Tung-Tsai from Sifu Ray Hayward's personal video archive.
